Supercolor Launches New Qingyuan Base, Annual Capacity Surpasses 10,000 Tons

Qingyuan, China — March 28, 2022 – Supercolor Group, a leading manufacturer of high-performance UV printing inks, has officially commenced operations at its new production base in Qingyuan, Guangdong Province. The launch of the Qingyuan facility marks a major step in Supercolor’s long-term strategic roadmap, significantly expanding its production capabilities, R&D infrastructure, and product portfolio to better serve global customers across label, packaging, and digital print markets.


Strategic Capacity Expansion for Future Growth


Situated in the Guangqing Industrial Park at No. 10 Guangtuo Road, the Qingyuan site is equipped with modern production lines, automated batching systems, and high-efficiency curing infrastructure. With a construction area of 36,000sqm, and a designed annual capacity exceeding 10,000 tons, the facility enhances Supercolor’s ability to respond to fast-evolving market demands with speed, consistency, and scalability.

The site supports Supercolor’s full spectrum of UV-curable ink technologies, including flexographic, digital, and specialty ink systems.

New facility equipped with multiple R&D labs and ink application testing areas, supporting over 60 in-house chemists and specialists. Supercolor continues to invest in innovation, ensuring optimal ink performance, regulatory compliance, and faster custom development cycles. Regional technical support and sales teams have also been expanded to deliver localized service across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.
